Academy Award-winning actress Reese Witherspoon was spotted in Los Angeles on Thursday, May 28th, rocking the trend to perfection.

Looking fierce in a simple black tee, structured leather jacket and boyfriend jeans, Witherspoon heightened the look with an elegant wedge, complete with jute-wrapped trim.

I really like how Witherspoon paired the moto-inspired look of the leather outerwear, with the sort of whimsical feel of the espadrille. I think what we can take away from Reese’s street style, is that the espadrille is the ultimate in versatile summer footwear!
