Taylor Swift at AMAs
Music is a part of almost everyone’s life; it lets us express ourselves in a way that words sometimes cannot. Some people dance to music, many listen to it, most sing along, but few are considered the top in the music industry. In order to celebrate the amazing artists who contribute to the music industry there are a variety of music awards throughout the year. Did you happen to catch the grand 2013 AMA’s?
This year’s American Music Awards were held this past Sunday on November 24, and every top artist was in attendance. Singers such as Rihanna, Justin Timberlake, Lady Gaga, Luke Bryan, and Taylor Swift were all eagerly waiting and hoping to take home at least one award.
The tops winners from the AMA’s were Justin Timberlake taking home three awards, One Direction with two awards, and Taylor Swift coming out on top winning four awards. Swift also received Artist of the Year, Favorite Female Artist –Pop/Rock, Favorite Female Artist – Country, and Favorite Album – Country. See more about the winners from the 2013 AMA’s here.
As with all Red Carpet events, these stars looked amazing! I though Jordan Sparks looked fabulous, as did Rihanna, Christina Aguilera, and Taylor Swift. I loved Taylor’s stunning short gold sequence dress by Julien Macdonald. It was the perfect pop of gold to go with all the awards she won throughout the night. She paired this dress with a pair of gold dangling earrings by Lorraine Schwartz and strappy gold Jimmy Choo sandals to finish it all off. Swift was not short of being a star at all on Sunday night, especially with this outfit!

Our Lil Ms Taylor definitely rocked them! I so wish I could go back in the years a wear heels again. I wore my chunky high heel clogs in the late 70-80’s and then I became a Mommy and they weren’t practical except for special occasions Now I couldn’t wear anything higher than a 2″ chunky heel to save mt life and if I did some one would have too.
