Did you watch the Grammys?

My fave moments of the night included Justin Timberlake’s return to the stage with a performance of his NEW single “Suit & Tie,” (swoon! 🙂), Mumford & Sons’ big win for “Album of the Year,” for their latest, “Babel,” and my gal Adele’s “Best Pop Solo Performance” win for “Set Fire to the Rain.”

I also loved a lot of the fashion from last night. Adele ditched her usual black dress and opted for a gorgeous vintage red dress from Valentino. The Internet is definitely abuzz today with mixed opinions on her dress, but in my opinion Adele can do no wrong – I thought she looked stunning!

One of my other favorite looks of the night was from signer Solange Knowles who rocked two of Spring’s hottest fashion trends. If you hadn’t heard, Pantone’s “Color of the Year” for 2013 is Emerald – I noticed Knowles and singer Florence Welch both opted for gowns in the gorgeously rich hue, and both ladies looked fabulous! What I also love about Knowles’ look is her footwear choice – a stunning, studded neon pink Louboutin pump. Knowles proves here that you don’t have to go with a neutral hue if you choose a colorful gown – you can up the style ante with a boldly colored shoe as well! Talk about fashion-forward!
